The first we contribute to on a monthly basis is the "Magical Blogorail". The Blogorail is home to many different Disney bloggers, all who participate monthly in a writing "loop" about a particular Disney topic such as "Where are your favorite places at Disney to shop?", or "What's your Disney dream job?" There are currently seven different loops at the Blogorail, each with 5 or 6 Disney writers pumping out content for them, and it's an awesome thing to be a part of. We take great pride in the fact that we were one of the founding members of the Blogorail and have been a part of its first line, the Blue Line, since its inception. Check it out! There are some amazing writers there, some awesome articles, and always something new and exciting coming out to read up on.
We've also just recently been added as a contributor to one of our personal favorite Disney blogs, "Growing Up Disney". We love this blog, so it's a huge honor to have been asked to become a monthly contributor for them. The blog is driven by one of our favorite followers on Twitter, Amy (no, not our Amy) whom we met very early on in our blogging process. She's been following us from the beginning, and has always been very encouraging to us to keep doing what we've been doing, and secretly, we've harbored a wish to write for her for a while now, and a couple of months ago she finally asked us! So Chad will be writing for her there once a month as well. She has an awesome blog, it's great for moms with small children, and she has several other contributors as well all pumping out great content on a site dedicated to "three generations taking on The World!" As of October 24, 2011, we're now contributing to another amazing Disney blog and one of our personal favorites, "Pursuing the Magic". Much like Growing Up Disney, we met Beth very early on in our blogging career (such as it is), and we've been fast friends every since. She was one of our very earliest followers, and now she's done us the tremendous honor of asking us to become regular contributors on her own blog. We couldn't be happier! Beth's blog is all about, well, pursuing the magic, and how she and her own family manage to keep the Disney magic alive in their own home between trips to the Magic Kindgom. It's a fantastic read, and of course, comes highly recommended. We love it! Each and every month she'll be highlighting a particular topic from Walt Disney World, and we've been asked to come in and give our own unique Disneyland perspective on her topics. We're so excited! If you haven't already, give it a look see and let her know that Days in the Park sent you. We promise if you're a Disney fan, you won't be able to help but be excited and, dare we say it, inspired to pursue the magic yourself by what you find there.
